All-Ukrainian Engineering Competitions “UBEC” is a unique project for Ukraine. It is the second time when our country becomes one of the participants of all-European project, in which 18 European countries and 71 well-known universities take part.

What is so special for the title “engineering” competitions? Of course, this project is oriented to the students of technical specialities and is held only in technical universities. But it’s not just a simple contest on Physics or Mathematics! Engineering competitions include tasks on designing and modeling, analytical case studies, debates and negotiations. It is a great chance to show yourself to the whole world and implement your best constructive ideas, exchange thoughts and views, contact with partner companies. That is why anyone can find himself in our project!

Our leading course and reasons of organization of this event each year (What we want to achieve and why we are planning to make it an annual event?) is defined in the aims of the project. Our purpose is to advance engineering ideas in Ukraine by creating facilities for its appearance and improvement. We create conditions for competition of participants’ ideas because effective and creative solutions of the problems appear only in competitive atmosphere.
In addition we give an opportunity for students of technical universities to improve and implement their ideas by collaboration with companies and cultural exchange with European educational society.
Providing communication in the triangle “students-universities-partner companies” we create a unique ground for engineering intercourse and our project is a new wave of engineering ideas in Ukraine.
